These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the mostbd platform accessible at https://mostbd.app, including all game, betting, cashier, and support features. If you are accessing mostbd on behalf of any third party or organisation, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. mostbd does not recognise corporate or group accounts — each registered account must correspond to a single individual natural person.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use the mostbd Platform in any capacity. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. mostbd takes its obligations regarding underage gambling prevention seriously. Any account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, any funds deposited will be returned to the source wallet, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited in their entirety.
mostbd is operated as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mostbd makes no representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its intended market. If local law prohibits your use of online gaming platforms, you must not use mostbd.
Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one (1) mostbd account at any time. Creating duplicate, secondary, or "mirror" accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, balances may be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.
Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of mostbd and any affiliated companies or game studio partners are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
To open an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a functional email address, and your date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
mostbd operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to provide identity documentation — including but not limited to a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document — to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe as notified by mostbd may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or session token with any other person. mostbd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify [email protected] immediately.
All mostbd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. mostbd does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
mostbd accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Available payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold may be declined by the payment gateway.
You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a payment method belonging to a third party, is prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party wallet will be returned and the relevant account suspended for investigation.
mostbd does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms and conditions. mostbd has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party provider fees.
If a deposit transaction fails, the funds will not be credited to your mostbd account. If funds are debited from your mobile wallet but do not appear in your mostbd balance within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number. mostbd will investigate and resolve confirmed payment discrepancies within 3 business days.
Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the mostbd support team. mostbd does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or to a different payment method than the one used for deposit.
All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process described in Section 3.2. mostbd reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the cashier and may vary by payment method. mostbd reserves the right to adjust limits at any time. For withdrawals in excess of published maximum limits, players should contact [email protected] to arrange a split-payment schedule.
mostbd aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any active security review. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required. mostbd is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile wallet provider.
Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 6) before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
mostbd may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet per round, minimum deposit to qualify, and expiry date — form part of this Agreement and must be read alongside it.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is ৳500 unless a different limit is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all winnings generated during the period of breach.
mostbd reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines — in its reasonable judgement — that the bonus has been claimed or used through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or in conjunction with a prohibited betting strategy. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing wagers on both sides of a market, low-risk staking patterns designed to minimise variance, and using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
Unless explicitly stated, each promotional offer is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. mostbd reserves the right to limit or withdraw promotional eligibility at its discretion.
The mostbd game library — including slot titles, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — is subject to change at any time. mostbd may add, modify, or remove games and markets without prior notice. No compensation is payable for the removal of any specific game or market.
Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. mostbd is not liable for errors made by the player in the course of placing a bet, including selecting the wrong market, stake amount, or outcome.
A wager may be voided by mostbd if: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; (c) the game or match result is determined to be manipulated; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or display faults — mostbd will use all reasonable endeavours to restore the game state from the most recent verified server record. Where the game state cannot be restored, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's balance. mostbd's decision in such matters is final.
Cricket and other sports betting markets on mostbd are governed by the specific market rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the sportsbook market rules and these general Terms, the specific market rules shall prevail for that betting event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mostbd Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
mostbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that: the account holder is in breach of these Terms; the account is associated with fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; the account holder is under 18 years of age; or the account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within 7 business days of the closure request being processed.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in place, the account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired and a formal reactivation request has been reviewed by the support team.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from mostbd.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mostbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, delayed withdrawals, data loss, or reliance on information published on the Platform.
mostbd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mostbd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by mostbd is governed by the mostbd Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
mostbd collects personal information necessary to operate the Platform, verify player identity, process payments, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. mostbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. mostbd will use reasonable endeavours to notify active account holders of material changes via email or in-platform notification, but it is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mostbd Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the mostbd support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to the Platform's operation.
The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English text shall prevail.
